 Springwater Ranch is located in southeast Rankin County just 15 minutes from downtown Brandon. The eight beautiful spring fed lakes, which are set on 550 acres of rustic country side, are the ideal location for your family fun. The fun includes fishing, camping and hiking/wildlife watching. The lakes are all stocked with bass and bream and range in size from 2 acres to 60 acres.

Springwater Ranch is family owned, well-maintained to serve your outdoor fun and fishing needs. A lakefront camp-house is available for members to rent for family gatherings and special events. There are six gravel based RV pads with water and sewer hook-ups. In addition, we have several places for "tent" camping. Memberships are limited.
